Mental Health Aware (Half Day)

This basic introduction to Mental Health gives everyone an awareness of the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and how we can look after ourselves and support the people in our lives.

We learn about the factors which influence our mental help and which can contribute to positive mental wellbeing. Greater understanding helps challenge stigma and create an environment where people are more likely to speak out and seek help when they need it.

There are group and individual learning activities as well as an opportunity to practice a supportive conversation.

This 4 hour course can be delivered face to face or online, to groups up to 25 people.

Online, I usually deliver via Zoom, but if this is a problem other platforms could be used.

You will receive your materials to your door, and after completion will get an e-certificate to certify you as “Mental Health Aware”.

Cost: MHFA England Standard Rate £150 per person (no VAT added)
