Online MHFA Refresher Course Friday 3rd July 2026

In line with Physical First Aid Qualifications, MHFA England now recommend that Mental Health First Aiders should complete a refresher course at least once every three years.

Eligibility:

To attend this course you must have completed the two day Adult Mental Health First Aid Course from MHFA England (or equivalent course), or a MHFA Refresher course within the last 3 years and 6 months. You must provide your certificate as evidence of this – or we will need to check with MHFA England to ensure eligibility.

This Half Day Refresher Course allows an opportunity to revisit your understanding of mental health, practice your skills and discuss your experience of supporting people with the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan.

The course will be delivered via Zoom. (9am-1pm, Session opens 8:45 for tech checks)

You will receive a  workbook, and e-certificate on completion of the course.

As part of membership of the Association of Mental Health First Aiders you will also receive access to the MHFA Manual, MHFAider Support App® and an ongoing programme of learning opportunities and other resources for three years.

Pricing:

MHFA England values this course at £150 per person – I may be able to offer discounts in line with the MHFA England Pricing policy in some circumstance. In all cases you receive the same excellent accredited training by an experienced MHFA England approved instructor.

All courses may be subject to requiring a minimum number of bookings to go ahead or be offered on a 1:1 basis. If a course you are booked on is cancelled you will be offered a refund or transfer to later date.
