LATEST EPISODE:

Climate Anxiety – Caron and Sarah chat about how concerns about Climate and the Environment can cause real existential anxiety for people, and what we can do both to feel we are doing something to be a part of positive change, and also see the self care and fulfilment benefits of environmentally mindful activities.

Mental Health Check in – Sarah and Caron talk about how they are feeling at the moment and discuss what is influencing that and what we can do to try and improve our state of mind – the importance of regularly taking stock and acting to manage our wellbeing.

We all teach Mental Health First Aid, and can come across some misconceptions about what it is, or should be. So we try to set out our thoughts and experiences in this week’s episode.

Going back to the basics…

This one is a personal one for me – some of my co-hosts have said a little
about their experiences, so I thought it was time to introduce myself a little more. I talk about my history of issues with my mental health, and the journey I have been on in terms of understanding, and managing those issues to bring me to where I am now – keeping my head above water despite difficult times which would have crushed me in the past.
