Refund and Returns Policy

Mental Health Courses

All courses require a minimum number of bookings in order to go ahead. If this number is not met, you will be offered a transfer to another course of the same or greater value, or a full refund.

If you can no longer attend a course (or session of a course) and wish to cancel or change your booking, terms are as follows:

Before course is confirmed (when minimum booking is met) – Full refund or transfer available.

After course is confirmed (where your withdrawal will not take us below minimum booking amount) – Refund of ticket price minus cost of materials if they have been dispatched (or transfer to another course)

After course is confirmed (where your withdrawal will take the group below the minimum booking number) – Refund unavailable – Your place can be transferred or held for a future course.

In all cases please let me know as soon as you can and I will do my best to help.

Prints and Other Physical Items

If you wish to return a print or any other physical product – please email me on within 30 days with proof of purchase / confirmation email.

If you are returning an item due to damage or fault, please include photographs of the damage and the packaging as you received it.

Postage and Packaging Costs are non refundable except in cases of damage / fault.

Sale Items are not refundable. *Nb this does not apply to discounted Mental Health Courses which the system marks as “Sale”*
